SPECIAL CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Special classes are added onto the timetable on a monthly basis and are complementary to your Yoga 101 classes. Workshops on a variety of different topics run throughout the year and these are designed to enhance your yoga practice.
FRIDAY NIGHT UNWIND
A monthly special class designed to reduce stress, relax, promoting calm and improving sleep as well as working to release tight tissues in the body.
It's the ultimate rest and restore class.
STRESS & ANXIETY
YOGA TOOLKIT: STRESS & ANXIETY is a brand-new special class packed with techniques to help manage stress & anxiety.
It is part interactive discussion, where we'll talk about stress and anxiety, what happens in our body when we are stressed and/or anxious, how to recognise your symptoms and then move into learning yoga techniques to add to our toolkits to tackle and manage the onset of stress and/or anxiety.
INTRODUCTION TO FLOW YOGA
Introduction to flow yoga is a highly interactive special class designed to get to grips with the core elements of flow (vinyasa) yoga.
We will be exploring sun salutations - the common thread of all flow yoga classes - making these accessible for all bodies, and transitions in and out of each flow.
At the end of this special class, you will know and be able to practice each sun salutation version with your best alignment and be more confident in transitioning between poses in each class you take.
