  • A practice that can be done anywhere - small offices, care homes,doctors surgeries. All you need is a chair!

  • Beneficial in managing symptoms in conditions like arthritis


  • The only equipment needed to deliver the class is Chairs!

  • Jade will bring additional props to deliver class

  • Up to 10 students per class

Class duration & from price

  • Seated only - 30 minutes from £50

  • Standing & seated - 45 minutes from £65

  • Daytime slots available Monday-Friday

  • Packages can be tailored to suit - e.g. classes back to back, multiple visits.


Chair Yoga is a bespoke class - the focus can be more meditative, stretching and gentle movement or a blend of standing and seated poses.
