I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THE POSES PERFECTLY... I DON'T THINK IT'S SUITABLE FOR ME... IS IT?

Yes! It is absolutely suitable for every student! Whether you've been practicing for 5 days or 5 years, it is 100% suitable no matter your level; even if you're a total beginner.

The point of the workshop isn't to "be perfect" - there's no such thing as perfect.

There is the perfect position for you.

You feeling strong, feeling the pose in the targeted area and intended way.

The aim of the workshop is to find your perfect in a series of poses we perform each and every week in class; helping you to get the full benefits from your classes with me, as well as progress your strength, flexibility and mobility.

WE'RE ONLY DOING 6 POSES. WHY IS THAT?

Believe us, this is going to be a challenging class!

We will unpick each pose to the bare bones and build back up, trying different variations and positions as well as using drills, partners and 1:1 teacher time to make sure you are truly getting your best from these poses.

Each pose will be covered in great detail and the time in each pose is significantly longer that a usual class. Because you'll be learning to activate muscles and use the strongest alignment for you... you will be working incredibly hard.

 

You'll feel like you've worked your heart out and these skills will filter into every class you take!

I'M REALLY NEW TO YOGA. AM I GOING TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT?
 

Yes! Beginners are the most likely group to find it challenging to gain the appropriate alignment and form in a traditional group class - the teacher is talking constantly, you're following more visually than verbally, finding it challenging to grasp hand and foot positions; never mind things like rotating your chest under (eh?) Don't worry - we know what it was like to be beginners!

This is exactly why this workshop is perfect for you. We will go right to the basics and tell you exactly what each fundamental pose is and how to do it right for you - meaning you get the absolute most from your classes and keeping you safe in your practice for years to come!
