YOGA

  • Hatha Yoga - mixture of standing & seated postures, focused on strength & flexibility.

  • Slow Flow (Vinyasa) - poses linked continuously throughout our practice, standing & seated poses with a focus on strength & flexibility.

  • Flow (Vinyasa) - a stronger version of Slow Flow. Ideal for businesses who have very active, fitness loving employees.

  • Yin & Restorative - Floor based poses held for a between 3-5 minutes; targeted at working into deeper structures. Click here to find out more.

  • Chair Yoga - Perfect if space is tight. Click here to find out more.

  • Mixed - Hatha & Yin/ Slow Flow & Yin.

  • Classes can be any length from 30-90 minutes.

  • Before/after work, lunchtimes Monday-Friday.

MEDITATION

  • Meditation classes for all employees.

  • Specialised meditations for employees who need additional support

    • Employees with mental ill health

    • Employees returning to work after an illness or injury

    • New parents

  • Can be facilitated in a meeting room as a seated practice, or follow after a yoga class.

  • 30 minute classes.

  • Before/after work, lunchtimes Monday-Friday.
